These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an order.
2. INDEPENDENT RETAILER AND TRADEMARK NOTICE
ZYZ-SPORTS is operated by HK YU YUAN INDUSTRIAL LIMITED as an independent authorized retailer of genuine branded products.
This Website is independently operated and is not the official website of Nike, Inc. It is not owned, operated or directly managed by Nike, Inc.
Nike, the Swoosh design, Jordan, Air Jordan, Air Max, Air Force 1, Dunk, “Just Do It” and all related product names, logos and trademarks are the property of Nike, Inc. or their respective trademark owners.
References to brand names and trademarks on the Website are used only to identify and describe the genuine products offered for sale. No ownership of third-party trademarks is claimed by HK YU YUAN INDUSTRIAL LIMITED.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country or region, to place an order.
If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the Website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

4. PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY
We sell genuine products sourced through authorized, licensed or otherwise legitimate commercial supply channels.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, model numbers, sizes, colours and specifications are accurate. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.
Product packaging may differ depending on the production period, region or supplier. Minor packaging differences that do not affect the authenticity or functionality of the product are not considered defects.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct product information when reasonably necessary.
5. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your country or region. Currency conversion may be provided automatically by Shopify or a third-party payment provider.
The final price and currency payable will be displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to separate conditions and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
6. TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND DDP DELIVERY
Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, orders shipped to our supported European destinations are delivered on a duties-paid basis.
This means that applicable import duties and customs charges associated with normal delivery are arranged and paid by us or our logistics provider. Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.
VAT or other applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and applicable legal requirements.

Customers remain responsible for charges caused by providing incorrect information, refusing delivery, failing to cooperate with customs requirements or requesting delivery changes after dispatch.
7. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:
- A product is unavailable.
- The price or product information contains a material error.
- Payment cannot be authorized.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale or unlawful activity.
- The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or outside our supported delivery area.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
8. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law.
9. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or other authorized third-party payment providers.
We do not directly store complete payment card details. Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown during checkout.
We may conduct reasonable verification or fraud-prevention checks before accepting or dispatching an order.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery to supported European destinations is generally 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, incorrect address information or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the products are delivered to you or to a person designated by you, except where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us.

11. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbours, reception staff or the designated safe location.
- Confirm that the delivery address supplied with the order is correct.
- Contact the carrier where appropriate.
- Contact us promptly at hongkongyuyuan@hongkongyuyuan.com.
We will assist with a reasonable investigation. We may request supporting information such as confirmation of the delivery address, identification, carrier correspondence or a declaration of non-receipt.
Claims involving lost, damaged or missing packages must be made within a reasonable period after the expected or recorded delivery date.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a voluntary 30-calendar-day return period beginning on the date the product is delivered, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Returned products must generally be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with the original box, labels, accessories and packaging.
- Free from odours, stains, damage or signs of wear.
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may also have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For change-of-mind, fit or size returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs.
If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or materially different from the product ordered, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable authorized return costs where required.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Inspection is normally completed within 2–5 business days. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.
Return requests must first be submitted to hongkongyuyuan@hongkongyuyuan.com. Do not send a return without authorization. The applicable return instructions and return destination will be provided after the request is approved.

13. EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because stock and size availability may change.
Unless we expressly approve a direct exchange, customers should return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or model.
This does not affect any legal remedies available for defective or non-conforming goods.
14. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact hongkongyuyuan@hongkongyuyuan.com promptly and provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs or video of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant.
We may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification and damage caused by using the product for an unintended purpose are not considered manufacturing defects.
15. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products shown on the Website may sell out or become unavailable.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable product.
We may impose reasonable purchase limits to protect inventory availability or prevent unauthorized commercial resale.
16. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You may be able to create a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activities performed through your account.
